Use your 3SquaresVT benefits to buy fresh, local food all year long at your local Vermont farmers market.

How Does it Work?

  1. Visit the EBT/Debit Card stand at one of the farmers markets below - it should have a big banner saying "we accept EBT & debit cards here" hanging on it, so it should be easy to find.
  2. Tell the person at the table you'd like to use your EBT card. Tell them how much you want to spend.
  3. Swipe your card in the EBT machine and enter your PIN. The money will be taken from your 3SquaresVT account.
  4. The person will give you one dollar ($1) wooden tokens to use to buy food at the market.
  5. Use wooden tokens to buy fresh, healthy, great tasting market products!

You decide how much you want to spend ($1 tokens for EBT food, $5 for Debit/EBT cash)
Please note: $1 EBT tokens may only be used to buy foods eligible under 3SquaresVT Rules.
